This pendant is such a stand out piece that I wanted to keep the design simple while using small details to emphasize the natural appeal of the lotus. Combining some of our sparkling hemp and Irish waxed linen with pyrite did the trick.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1

The first thing I did was to attach the pendant to the pyrite ring tying several overhand knots using our Irish waxed linen. Then I attached the pyrite ring to the Vintaj chain using the metallic hemp, again tying several overhand knots. I used the hemp because that is the material that I wanted to use to string through the chain.

Step 2

Once I had both sides of the pendant attached, I strung the metallic hemp through each link of chain. Make sure to stop stringing one link short on each side

Step 3

When both sides were complete, I took the link at the end that didn't have the hemp string attached and used it as a jump ring to attach the toggle.

Step 4

To finish off the clasp, I used a combination of the Irish waxed linen and metallic hemp with some simple complimentary pieces of Gaea's and a pyrite flower.
