Description from KPJEWELS: My oldest grandson's 18th birthday is today and I am so glad that he made it through the open heart surgery that he had when he was 3 years old. He is a fantastic kid (oops-young man). He is attending college for the next four years and I am so proud of him.

KPJEWELS says:Thanks, Karen and Sherry. We almost lost him a few days after the surgery so we tend to keep an eye on him even though the doctors have given him a clean bill of health. He has ADD and aspergers (spelling??) so it has been a long road with him.
The colours I choose are his favourites as are the charms and the tree of life is for his good life.
