“2012 craft shows ??? bust???”

Description from Bonnie R: How has your 2012 craft show season gone?? I thought that if the Mall parking lots were full that we would have a good turn out at the only craft show I do a year. Ha Ha Ha. Normally this one does real well, its on the main drag going to the neighborhood indian casino and its at a school. I even showed up early to set up and get organized. I even remembered to bring the lamps this year. But sales were half of last year and the crowd was very thin. p.s. this was in Rochester Washington - not far from Olympia.

No discretionary incomes out there this year?? Or worse yet, nobody has any taste?? Picture me sticking my tongue out. Anyway, chin up, Lady, WE know your stuff is FAB!! This pick is just DELICIOUS! I LOVE your colors and all the oddball shapes!! Hang in there!!

Elis Mom says:I must say that I did a show 3 weeks ago, and sold 4 peices, all to friends that knew I would be there. Plenty of people went by and made comments, but didn’t buy anything. GGrrr! I am trying again this Sunday and am hoping to cash in on the Snowbirds on the beach for the holiday.

At the two shows I have done this season, there have been lots of people looking and liking, but not as many buying as last year. One more to go Dec. 1st. Hopefully more Christmas shoppers will be out !?!
