I clean for my in laws one day a week- – and they need me, plus I volunteer 4 hours at the kids karate school- and they need me. So I pray a lot, and just do my best to get through. better to stay focused on everyone else than to feel soory for myself!

Also, I make bad food choices when I’m at school. I’m just like the kids and bow to all that peer pressure. I did really well last year but have not done so well since Feb. Have gained only 2–3 pounds, but when you’re only 5′ tall, every ounce SHOWS!

Btw Kitty Chicky Cat- I really miss Chocolate! But weight watchers has some Latee Ice cream bars that aren’t bad, and only 90 calories each.
Girls I use my food journal every day. I use http://fitday.com and they calculate every calorie for me. all I have to do is log what I eat, and remember where my Dr said my calorie goal is.
