“A Beautiful Tropical Isle”

Description from Little Round Chick: Simon and Simone have finally scheduled a meeting with their lawyers. Their current situation is becoming unbearable. They want to get out and the warehouse wants them gone at any cost. The lawyers have good news for the Deceitful Duo. Their conviction has been over turned! However, they still have to go to court and settle on the amount they will pay for the damage they did to the LB warehouse. Simon and the lawyers negotiate a good deal with the presiding judge. AT LAST! This horrible chapter in their lives is over. They are free to go....just as soon as they pay for repairs and a stiff fine for the loss of use in the section of the warehouse they nearly obliterated. They have 3 days to take care of it. Simon makes a quick run in his Purple Huff Rialto Coupe de Elegance to the LeFiligree Bank and Trust in Cleavland where all of his money has been deposited. He returns to Ann Arbor the next day pays for the repairs and pays the fine. At last FREEDOM!!! He hustles Simone off to the nearest airport, leases a Lear Jet and makes arrangements to store his Purple Huff for an unspecified period of time. He tells Simone that he secretly bought a nice little tropical isle where they can be their own law. As they fly away to paradise Simone pulls her elegant ermine evening wrap with the black tail tips along the edges of the collar and the jewel encrusted buttons from the over-sized purse she is carrying. Alas, the pearls had to stay in the warehouse. No biggie. They are going to the tropics to their own little isle but what ever shall she do with the fur coat? Will they travel to colder climes? Will moths eat up her elegant ermine evening wrap? How much can she get if she has to hock the buttons? Is this never ending tale about to end? The Shadow knows and he ain't talkin'.
