“A Glorious Beetle Aunt Chris”

Description from CAS: Years ago, when my now 20-something year old nephews were little, I used to make their Halloween costumes for them. I made mice, pigs, bats, ghosts and dragons of various kinds, but one of my most challenging was the year I was asked to make "a glorious beetle Aunt Chris" and a ladybug. I had no idea what a "glorious beetle" was, so my sister sent me a picture of one. Of course I couldn't find a pattern for one, or for any kind of insect that year, so I had to make up my own. He loved it, to this day it's still one of his favorite costumes from childhood.
