Description from Jeannes Gems - Gem Chick: I made necklaces for Sam and her friends for graduation. Her friends' pieces each had 4mm beads with pewter spacers and Green Girl pendants chosen just for them. Sam's has 6mm blue opal with Czech glass, pewter spacers and the Green Girl "wish" starfish.

Lynn, the necklace was a surprise gift. She had admired the blue opals and the starfish before, which is why I chose them. Opal is her birthstone.
Julia, it always amazes me when people say she looks like me, because when Sam was little she was the spitting image of Larry. Apparently her eyes are like mine too, except blue.
