Description from Faithful Chick aka Faith: Mel Gibson directe and co-wrote this movie I watched the other night. I have seen it so many times now. It is an epic about a young Mayan who lives through the distruction of the Mayan culture. It is all in foreign language and has subtitles to read all through the movie. A lot of blood shed as would be expected and graphic, but good.

Faithful Chick aka Faith says:There were beads beads everywhere in this movie. I had to laugh at myself, because I have seen it 5 or more time, I caught myself struggling to look at all the beads. Huge chunks of ear designs. Wish I had all that turquoise. LOL. Kept squinting to see if the young wife was wearing a pearl garmet over the breast when she was in the well.

Man when that panther was so beautiful and fast. An ordinary house cat is supposed to be able to run 26 miles per hour.
