Description from Happy Chick aka Harriet: A favorite family recipe: Flour, Sugar, Chopped Apples, Brown Sugar, Walnuts, & Cinnamon Sugar. With a few other ingredients, you get these incredibly good, moist, apple bar cookies. The only problem is making enough of them!
I will be making these tonight for a Christmas cookie party tomorrow night.

Happy Chick aka Harriet says:I would be happy to share. This one is so good, and stays fresh and moist so well, that we used to bake a pan to take on vacation with us when taking the kids on a trip. I think it is all the apples that keep it moist.
