I agree with everyone above- I love this pick- the colors are great together. I have never done a beaded bead- is it hard? I have lots of seedbeads so I want to try- anyone got a site where I can get directions on how to do this- I just love these earrings. Is you bracelet done the same way- can’t see a close up?

Wow, lots of questions I make the hooks myself (using 20 guage sterling silver wire). The teqnique used for the beaded bead is tubular peyote. I have used a pattern from “Bead and Buttons “The best of Bead and Button Magazine – Peyote Stitch Beading Projects”, but with minor modifications as they use a 20mm wood bead as core and I use a 5mm (Unfortunatelly I don’t have pic. of the bracelet, but it had 3 13mm beaded beads and 5 round Feldspath beads.

I have done some peyote stitching. I’ve also tried a tubular stitch, but haven’t mastered it. I would like to give this stitch another try. This is a picture of a pair of right angle weave beaded bead earrings I have made.
