I make the hooks myself (using 20 guage sterling silver wire). The teqnique used for the beaded bead is tubular peyote. I have used a pattern from “Bead and Buttons “The best of Bead and Button Magazine – Peyote Stitch Beading Projects”, but with minor modifications as they use a 20mm wood bead as core and I use a 5mm 
(Unfortunatelly I don’t have pic. of the bracelet, but it had 3 13mm beaded beads and 5 round Feldspath beads.
