Description from Cuban Queen Crazy Chick: So apparently this year on New Year's Eve, a "blue moon" will occur. Normally we have one full moon per month which is 12 a year and when a 13th full moon occurs it's called a blue moon. This year it happens to fall on New Year's Eve which will be the first time in 20 years!
