“Brass Band”

Description from SilverCords aka Judy: One of my favorite hybrid roses in my garden is called Brass Band. The buds start with a lot of yellow but as they unfold, they turn coral and the longer the bloom is open, the deeper it becomes. They are a beautiful addition to any rose garden.

I do adore roses and the one you describe sounds like one of my favorites. I used to grow many when we lived in Asheville. But my disabilities prevent me from doing that anymore. I moved from Charlotte to care for my new baby grandson almost 18 years ago. Now he is caring for me. He does work for me nearly every Saturday. This pick is a real work of art. The colors are exquisite.

PS, should have said …moved TO Charlotte…

Thanks all! Nancy, maybe you can convince your grandson how beautiful roses can be and have him cultivate a garden for you to enjoy!
