Joyce, there are a few temples in this area, you just kinda have to know where to look. The one I used to visit was a Zen Buddhist temple a little further south of here, about 45 mins. Then there’s a Tibetan Buddhist temple at the top of the mountain in Woodstock. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Very different in style, but both very serene places to visit.
