K H says:OOOOOhh, love the colors in this one!!! It reminds me of a floral project I made a few years back for a carosuel themed party. The center of the carosuel was a tall glass vase, spray painte silver and “French braided” with colorful ribboons. The vase was filled with flowers, accente by hand-made ting-tings I created from silver and copper wire and I used peacock feathers for the flags. I used ceramic horses around the base. I have pictures stored on the other computer.
