M mccallister mrs chick says:sali jo when matt first made it available thru lima i remembered he made a comment that it was like a spicy sunflower, and that is a pretty good description of it. i have had just a couple pieces of it the ones i had had quite a bit of veins of golden yellow thru out it the larger chunks of yellow are more of a yellow banana pepper color. like just a bit more of the “spicy” would make it orange not spicy yellow i hope that was not clear as mud !
