“Chicky LE Found Her Keys!!!!”

Description from Lynn Eileen Chicky LE: The day after Mom passed, Oct. 31, I took my car/house keys out of my purse and put them "somewhere" because my wonderful husband Bob was driving me everywhere I needed to go. Once I felt up to driving myself again, I couldn't find my keys and had to use my spare set. Luckily, my regular set had no ID on it, so I wasn't really concerned. I knew that they were "somewhere" inside our home. Two weeks later, I found them -- on my kitchen counter, under a huge pile of unopened mail (2 weeks worth!)!!! A happy ending.....

I find I lay things down while I am walking out the door and carrying them before I go. Had to look for my shoes for nearly 1 1/2 hour to leave for shopping one day. Best to go on clear your mind and it will come to you as it did.

You are often in my thoughts and prayers. Just pull out the ‘payables’ from that stack of mail, and when you feel up to opening the rest, do it right by the shredder. Piles of stuff is one of my big problems. I hate going through them, but getting rid of the excess sure feels good!
Btw. Why do I seem to forget to put things in the designated pockets in my purse? Life would be easier if I would just put the cell phone back in its place and the keys back in their own pocket. Anyone else do that?

I also have designated areas in my purse for my cell phone, keys, etc., but seem to just open it up and throw things in! No wonder I can’t find what I’m looking for in there!!! LOL

Harriet, if we put it back where it belonged would that mean that we are well organized and slightly warped cause we remember too many “tiny” details?
