Lima's Opinion: Here in Ann Arbor, MI we have 3 specialty chocolate shops downtown (yes, we love chocolate). These shops are filled with white chocolate, delicious filled candies, raspberries drizzled in chocolate and other calorie-filled treats. We had to give something back to these shops that give us so much, so we created a fresh pick for them. It is subtle, but eye-catching with nice color contrast and a great mix of unique and classic cuts.
