Description from J Yee smart chick: If I had a green salad and a bar of chocolate to choose from, my first choice is to eat the chocolate, esp when it's high quality stuff -
and every time I DO eat a salad, I am happy - so this one is for all of us who are torn between eating healthy, or "the bad stuff" like chocolate - and those fab new chocolate coin pearls n' glass beads are really yummy lookin... :)

It’s high in antioxidants and is a great mood lifter too! I eat a salad everyday so a little good quality (especially dark) chocolate is a great balance!

I confess, I bought a lovely bar of excellent high quality chocolate with SALTED almonds earlier this week, that only lasted me a couple of days, barely –
and was eating a nice green salad yesterday as I put this Pick together, hee hee…
and yep, I too have heard that dark chocolate, the organic type, with less sugar, is supposed to be good for us!
