Description from Daisy Chick - Dawn: There is alot of greens in Minnesota! Heavy treed forest, timber wolves, moose and bears. WE saw bear tracks and a wolf tracks. Fishing and hunting are big sports as well as boating and snow sports. The leaves were just starting to turn colors.

Daisy Chick - Dawn says:Thank-you Lynn and Smart Chick! It is a beautiful place to visit! Still wildby our standards. So much wildlife to see. We had to keep eye on the dogs and not let them roam. There are black bears we saw tracks and timber wolves, which we heard at night.

My husbands cousin keeps offering to give him a few acres of land to build a home and move up there, but I don’t think I could make it thru winter. I think Chicago winters are bad. I have crocus in March and there is ice on the lake in May at times.
