Description from Deb Harding: Sitting here eating my last piece of German Chocolate cake. After this desserts will be an occasional treat only. Special K for breakfast, lunch, and low calorie dinners. Brisk walk with Bella every day. Salsa for 1 hour every night. Or I wont be able to zip my jeans.

Thanks Becky I appreciate all the support everyone here gives me. I totally believe positive energy can influence your life. LOL on noticing already my smarta** attitude. It does get me in trouble at times. But here’s my opinion on that ” I’m over 50…I do.what I want!”.

Hey ladies, this was one conversation I needed to be a part of. I’ve put on 80lbs in a little over 4 yrs. No matter what I do, I can’t even make a dent. I am under a great deal of stress, and I think that plays a big roll – but who can live stress free! I just bought the largest pair of jeans ever in my life – and they are too small-ikeeeeeessssss! Here’s hoping that with all the possitive energy we are sharing with each other gives us that little extra edge we need to push a little harder. Best of luck to all of us – and have a happy, healthy, joyous New Year!
PS Have not decicded what to do with the jeans yet!@##$%!
