Description from Luna Chick aka Coral: This is one of my favorite songs. It is by Florence and the Machine. I recently realized that with 2 kids and a full time job the only time I have to exercise is at 6 a.m. Not good news for me since I am NOT a morning person. As I stumble down the street with the sun starting to rise I queue this song up on my iPod and play it 2 or 3 times really loud. After that all is good and I am ready to conquer the world (or at least get the kids ready for school and myself to work)! Google the song if you do not know it. If you give it a listen make sure to get about 1 minute into the song for the part that gets your blood pumping.

I do my walking early each morning with the dogs and then again in the afternoon. If it weren’t for them, I’d be lazy and find excuses to not do it. They keep me going.
