When I was driving thru the park the other day, for a moment I thought I saw Pink Dogwoods blooming! Was I hallucinating? It WAS January in NY… I got closer, and saw that it was a layer of snow/ice on the fruit of ornamental cherry trees, that the low-angle rays of the setting sun was hitting just right, making them glow pink…
