Description from Jeannes Gems - Gem Chick: In honor of Sam's friend,Omayra, who is visiting for a few days from the Dominican Republic. The girls met 2 years ago when they participated in the exchange program sponsored by their schools.
*Larimar is mined only in the Dominican Republic. I've paired it with amazonite and silver a few times.

I was just at a Dominican party in NJ last night. It was a surprise birthday party for our friend who just came back from DR the night before. He was tired but we all still had a blast.
