My friend, who was closely involved with the opening of a new restaurant (where my jewelry was to be sold) was, as she put it "taken off the payroll" not of her choice yesterday. I'm furious with the owner on her behalf, even though the owner is the mother of another friend of mine. Such complex feelings ... as the song says not wishing bad things, but I hope the restaurant doesn't do well. I won't be selling my pieces there.
