Vampire Chickie Ravin says:Heh, I may not have a choice with the sleep part, my hubby made me take my nerve pills before he left for work, I don’t take them often, so they tend to hit me hard when I do. Who knows what’ll happen ::shrugs:: As for crying, I’ve cried so much that even though I’m still crying inside, no more physical tears will actually come.

Helen G aka tea chick says:well, if they put you into a nice deep sleep, that will be very good. Here’s hoping for one of those drool-on-the-pillow, coma sleep nights! Do they give you weird dreams? I take fluoxitine (Prozac) and since it gives me heartburn, if my tummy is feeling off already I sometimes wimp out and don’t take my daily dose. When I resume, I get the weirdest dreams for several nights (combine that with peri-menopause insomnia and a normal night’s sleep isn’t so normal!).
If you’re up later, check in and I might be awake and online!
Don’t underestimate good old deep breathing- it works surprisingly well for body and soul!
