Description from Chicky ChaCha: Holstein to be exact. I miss some of the cows we had in Wisc. Don't see many Holsteins in this neck of the woods. Puts me in a melancholy moooooood! When we were little we actually thought they gave white and chocolate milk heh heh!

My maiden name is Holscher, so when I was in school (for some odd reason), I was called Holstein a lot. Weird, I know. But that’s the way it is when you’re in school. LOL
