Description from Mary S - Sweet Chick: Sunday in the southern part of the Hoosier state was sunny with tempts in the 40's and blue skies. It was gorgeous!
That afternoon we saw the first flock of Sandhill Cranes flying NORTH! That means Spring can't be too far away!
I am in awe each time I see them and their beautiful call always touches my soul.

Science Chick Runs Sibes says:Gorgeous pick. My first true sign of spring is the Rocky Mtn Bluebird–they come back before the higher elevations are ready for them and hang out in secluded areas in the valleys. But, they won’t be arriving here until mid-March.
