Granny Chick aka Nancy says:Oh my dear Frida. No, the owner of Lola chose someone else to care for her pet. I think she felt I was too old and sickly and since she was leaving the country didn’t want the burden of worrying about her cherished dog.
So since that’s happened twice to me, I take that as a sign that I am not supposed to have a dog. There are other reasons but that will suffice for now and lavish my affections on my kitties. It is my kitty Sammy who ran away from home “again” and its been close to 2 weeks so I am afraid he might not return. But I still have 5 others plus a mother cat outside. And my manx, Maxi acts as much like a dog as is possible by a cat. Thank you so much for the lovely, lovely pick my sweet friend. And I thank you all for your caring comments.
