Description from Purple Chick aka Violet: As I was out watering in my backyard this morning,
I encountered all kinds of garden life around me. Snails,
ladybugs, 3 kinds of bees, an assortment of butterflies,
birds, including my favorite, humming birds. We have a eucalyptus tree, where the humming birds breed, as well as other birds. Also, a very rare siting for here, a dragon fly!!! It was a beautiful morning!! Here's to all my garden creatures!

And if I get too many in my garden, my neighbor boy loves to “rescue” them from my garden and either keeps them as pets, or takes them to the park down the street and releases them. It’s just too cute!l;
Tara, I live in Southern California. I thoroughly love growing things, both flowers, and veggies. I love my mornings in the garden. It is one of my joys in life.!!
