Description from Chicky ChaCha: This is dedicated to my beloved Mom, Georgia that passed away on Jan 5 after a 2nd courageous battle w/ that horrible cancer!!! She was a very young & vibrant almost 88 HR old ! Birthstone was garnet she loved watching & feeding birds & was truly the heartbeat of our family! She will be greatly missed and always on our minds & in our hearts! I now know what some of my other Chickie friends here have gone through! To all our wonderful Moms!

Lynn–I was especially thinking of you also when I was going through this as you have walked this road not very long ago. Deb D—you are just a gem of a person– great big hugs back to you. Alice, Mary, Ivy and some new lovely faces–thank you so much for your thoughts. My Mom was truly a phenomenal person and treated everyone like they were her best friend and I feel like I lost mine. Sure we butted heads in my teen years but she overcame a lot of obstacles and I have the utmost respect for her. Big Chickie Hugs to all of you precious ones and if your Mom is still in your life–love on her a whole bunch!
