Julie Shane says:Paula, Yellow is a hard color for me to wear also. I can wear very pale yellow in clothing. In my jewelry, however, I like the golden tones mixed with browns. I bought the pineapple yellow opal puffed squares. I’m really anxious to get them and hold them… and start creating!

Julie Shane says:Becky, I just picked up the mail and my pineapple squares (and all the other gemstones arrived) and it’s better than Christmas!!! Just don’t tell my family!!!
The pineapple squares are a bit shinier than I expected because they look a bit matte in the pic. My batch is mostly cream, tan, rust, copper. VERY nice… but not the yellow I expected… but I still like them a lot. They’ll be great with tiny bronzite stones and copper findings.
