Steph says:Sometimes if you eat greasy food before hand it’s supposed to absorb the alcohol in you, also take aspirin before you go to bed if you can find your bed and no it’s not the cold bathroom floor. I’ve been there also, not fun.

CAS says:Actually eating anything (non-alcoholic) before hand will slow the absorption of the alcohol into your system. Probably the best thing you can do after drinking is drink as much plain water as you can, alcohol dehydrates you and that’s what causes the hangover.
