The site I was on said that a good first healing bracelet would be amethyst, rose quartz, hematite and clear crystal Now I see you say only wear 2, is this too much? I made a bracelet last night and am trying to figure out if it is working!

Still much I need to learn about the subject. It is not a problem if you have 4 in this case, they all work a bit in the same area. The beads are probably not that large either so it will probably be not a problem

Great bracelet combo Chicky Suz! Love it! You can wear more than 2 at a time. I think that is said because some people may feel a strong effect at first from the energy such as a headache, but even then you get use to the energy and it goes away and the stones keep right on working for you. But I feel you should be ok. So, go for it. I love these stones especially the amethyst and rose quartz together and I love how you have rock crystal aka clear quartz in the mix!
