sunny chick says:HA!! Becky, you are so incredibly creative! I’m so happy to see our Aggie is well. I’ve missed her sorely. Take and have a great day!

Lady425 aka Beth says:love the lucious purples, Becky – and they go together well with the copper – another great inspiration!
If you don’t mind me asking, how did the copper girlie get the name Angie?
On Aug 23, 2012 at 1:25 pm #
OK Jacki says:Aggie!!! Been missing you! Very clever, Becky. Aggie always makes us smile. Love the purple & peach…goes great with Aggie’s red hair. LOL

MaryLou says:Is the Owl holding back a laugh? Aggie is often ‘full of it’! Cute!

Crazy Beader says:The purple and peach are definitely a hoot together – - this would make anyone smile !

NY Bella says:You are a hoot, Becky!! So much fun! Great the colors in this and of course, Aggie is always a sight to behold… Love it!!

puppychick labratbecky says:How did Aggie get her name… hmmmm I hope my sainted grandmother is enjoying this. My maternal grandma was named Agnes, nicknamed Aggie. When LB came out with this PH face, I saw a cheerful caricature of my dear departed grandmother. Since her hair is sticking out all over the place, I gave her the name Crazy Aggie and I put her in a pick. The name stuck. I’m sure the real Aggie would be amused and enjoying the adventures of her copper namesake.

Mary S - Sweet Chick says:HaHaHa!
That’s a new one for me!
Good idea, Becky! And a fantabulously fun and quite beautiful pick!
Don’t know if I should share this here but…..
I can’t believe I just shared that!!
Many moons ago when I was a younger chick, we used to do some spelunking.(aka caving) Very often you are sqeezing through some tight spots, banging your head on the cave wall, scraping your knees, etc….
The young man that was our guide gave us this euphemism, “got dandruff and some of it itches!!!” Say it fast and you’ll get the message.
Forgive me!
On Aug 23, 2012 at 5:00 pm #
Mary S - Sweet Chick says:Oh geez! Actually I was laughing at your euphemism and NOT the story of your grandmother!
We must have been typing at the same time.
On Aug 23, 2012 at 5:03 pm #
NY Bella says:Mary, it’s too funny!! I had to repeat it several times to “get” it!!
On Aug 23, 2012 at 5:26 pm #
puppychick labratbecky says:ha HA!!!!! Mary! Love your story!! and my Aggie would love to be laughing along with you!
On Aug 23, 2012 at 6:04 pm #
Lady425 aka Beth says:I think I opened up a “copper can of worms” here LOL! But thanks, Becky, for explaining Aggie – it was a really nice heatwarming story.

franny says:so! NOW if i say something “is a hoot”??!! LOL …& Becky, i shall be more respectful of Aggie, knowing her personal connection for you….WE had a totally irreverent (but realistic) picture storybook about a family at Christmas, with one line stating “in comes Granny with her hair sticking out!” that’s my Aggie (er, & my Mum) & now it’s probably me too!…oh, love the pick.. that’s a lot of purple words for a little lady!

pencespovrmoyedv says:Love the purples and copper in this pick! So rich and gorgeous! Let me just say, that I was laughing so hard that I almost spit my gum out! Becky and Mary, You all are hysterical! I was wondering about Aggie too! Thanks for explaining! It makes sooooo much more sense now that I am finally in the know! I felt out of the loop! Maybe I will do an Aggie pick soon! Thanks for the laughs chickies!

J Yee smart chick says:Becky and Mary, your stories about grandmas and spelunking are hilarious – and the things we say – the so-called stuff we say at times, that we women are not supposed to know how to say…
and LOVE the beads in this one, especially the PH lady pendant with her hair sticking out all over, so endearing, too bad she is out of stock, sigh… but love all the purples together with the copper, beautiful!!
