I know what you mean. I went to the grocery store in 69 degree weather and came out of the store to find that a norther had just blustered in. It will be wet here, but I don’t think it will snow.

Oooooo, Amarillo is SOOOO cold!!!!!! My aunt lives there, and she’s always calling to say how cold it is. Local weather man just said high of 57 tomorrow. Then 49 on Tuesday with 80% chance of rain. Yucky! At least the rain will hold off until Tuesday. My big Christmas program at school is tomorrow evening.

ChickyD aka Debra says:Faith, don’t worry. It will be up around 69 or 70 by the end of the week. It never stays cold long in Central Texas; that’s why we complain so much when it does get cold. Normal highs in Jan. where I live are around 60 or a little higher. I usually run the heater in the car on the way to work and run the air conditioner on the way home. LOL!

Happy Chick aka Harriet says:Ok Debra. The cold front is here. They are guessing we will get 2-4″ of snow tonight and tomorrow. I have decided that is a very good, icy street sort of reason to stay home tomorrow. I will try to finish all the Christmas decorating and postpone going into town until later in the week. As you said, we fuss because we are spoiled to having fairly nice weather in the cold months.
