Who would have believed they’d meet again and again? But they did..
First it was in China, at the crowded noodle stand: “oh, I’m so sorry! Let me buy you another bowl…” Then their eyes met over the puddle of spilled noodles, and the rest of the world disappeared.
Their romance was intense, with a timeless quality, as if they had always known each other. But they only had three days together. He had just arrived, and her assignment was up.
Two years later, their paths crossed again in Botswana. This time they had two weeks together. They snatched every moment they could from their crammed schedules. Love was bittersweet, with the end in always sight. They parted in the glow of the African sunset.
The last time they met was a chance encounter on a stormy night in a Czech airport. They only had an hour together before her flight, but they decided it was fate that they kept being thrown together, and vowed to rearrange their lives and get together for good. They kissed, and then she got onto the Rusty Bucket.
But the storm struck again just as the decrepit airplane took off… there was a crash… Now Lucy is his Angel…
