Description from Mary S - Sweet Chick: Here's a few of the beads I just got (plus a few I'd like to have).
The Silver Creek jasper pendant I recieved has a greenish/pink tone to it and was thinking of mixing in the pistachio and angel skin pearls to accent it. The antique soocho jade looks good next to it too. Now I need a design. Any suggestions Chickies? What else could I add?

what a fun question, glad to hear you got some silver creek jasper, that’s one I’ve had my eyes on, havent seen this stone at other companies’ sites. very fascinating to hear it has greenish and pinkish overtones… the silver moonstone looks like it would go well, plus the antique soochow jade and the pearls you have, will be fun to hear what everyone else suggests!

Mary S - Sweet Chick says:Just so you know Joyce, they don’t all have that green/pink color to them. I have some of the other size beads and the colors vary from shades of grey with a bit of burgandy and some have more of a neutral soft brownish tone to them.

I love it when someone else can make some decisions for me. I am such a procrastinator when it comes to making decisions.
It helps to have creative input from others who share your passion for beading. This is the only place I can get that input. No one else in this small town beads(that I know of).

Cuban Queen Crazy Chick says:Hi Sweet Chick! I know what you mean, I tend to procrastinate a lot too, especially when it comes to making creative decisions. But when you step away from your design for a while and then come back to it later, sometimes the perfect design just pops out at you. Of the stones you have in this pick I actually like the copper pearls with the jasper pendant. And I would use brass spacers/beads to keep some of that brown from the pendant. Good luck designing and I hope you’ll post a pic of what you came up with!
