   Thanks to all of you wonderful Chicks for your kind and wonderful comments. I just had to do something for our very special Chicky…I wish I had known all of you when my mother passed away many years ago. I was 23, the mother of 2 very small boys, and totally lost. The love and support that we give to each other is a very special thing.
   And by the way, I’m definitely in favor of a great big Chicky gathering/meet & great PARTY!!! Should we form a commitee???

   Yes—let’s do it! Deb—I am so sorry for the loss of your mom at such an age when you would have really needed her support and your baby boys would have had their dear grandma. I lost my grandmother @ 13 or 14 and I was just devastated! She was my safe person since my home was rather an unsafe place and I lost all hope. I am glad I still have my mom but she is almost 87 and by God’s grace, if I survive her–I will miss her very much! Hugs to you Deb!

Today is Mom’s visitation at the funeral home and I’m feeling rather shaky……I know I’ll get through this, though. I’ve got my family and friends here to support me, plus all of my amazing LB friends!

    Lynn, we are with you in spirit. I have been through this, and it is not easy. Just hold on to the love off your husband and family. And try not to stress too much. We love you and care about you.
    Btw. If some one says something absolutely stupid, try not to let the negative stuff get to you. It happens, and we just have to roll with it. Bitterness does not help.
