Active Adults Resort Community for retired people. It is very beautiful development which will have , when finished 3,500 homes. Right now only
1,700 finished houses. We have 18 hole championship golf course, 8 clay tennis courts, huge recreation center with the Olympic size inside pool, state of the art sport equipment, ball room, pottery studio etc., etc. Outside performence pavilion. Resort style outside pool and soon to be built another recreation center and another outside pool.
And the land is beautiful! 11 lakes and ponds and Catawba River. We love it!
35% people are still working yet,(including me).

It’s a lovely area, with big houses & nice landscaping. I envy the housing, but not the congestion! So we stay here in rural so. central KS.

I planted only two marigold plants, need to go and get more:)
This year I got only leaves on my tulips (I should dig them out and store in ref. over winter and I did not…) and Irises and so far only leaves on my Calla lilies.
