Description from Chicky ChaCha: Just in another goofy mood! Actually I am trying to help myself get motivated to lose some weight so thought this was kind of a funny way to maybe do that. Beading is usually a happy thing to do so thought I would put this together to remind me to get motivated. Bead & be happy or Eat and not be happy! Beads end up on my ears and wrist and neck not on my HIPS!

When I was pregnant with Suzanne, back in the Stone Age, I craved bread products. All her life, Suzanne has been a “bread-a-holic.” She will pick a restaurant for eating out based on the type of bread they bring to your table. Why she doesn’t weigh a ton is beyond me. LOL She is actually a very slender, lovely young woman with 3 little girls under the age of 4 years and works full-time outside of the home. Maybe that’s her secret — she has no time to eat!

Do you suppose my husband would believe I have found a better diet than Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig, so it’s OK for me to spend more bead money??? 
Congratulations and encouragemnt to all our chicks trying to lose weight!!! I am on the same wagon, and have lost 9 lbs. so far. Slow but, steady…sure takes a long time to take it off. I just want my health to be better, and that means I need to do this.
I have also noticed that when I bead, I am too busy to snack, and sometimes forget to eat meals. Hmmm….maybe that is something to pursue.
