Description from Gayla G: This pick is inspired by another who described her four cats and I decided to do the same! It's definitely turned out to be a hodge-podge selection *grin* and isn't intended to be used all together as a design.
The first row represents Bella, my senior kitty. She is a petite black Persian with amber eyes and is my baby. We've been together for a long time and I don't know what I would do without her loving companionship. She has not adapted to the three new kittens and stays in my master suite where it's just the two of us.
The second row is for Zazu. Zazu is almost one year old and he is a chinchilla Persian with a white coat that is tipped with silver. He was tiny when he entered my life but has grown up to be a big boy. He has green eyes and is quite the cuddler and spends a lot of time in my lap. He hates it when he can't be in the same room with me.
Next is Bindi. Bindi is a one year old blue and cream Persian with amber eyes. Her coat is so thick that she looks very round and tubby. She has little tufts of hair that stick up by her ears and looks so much like a sweet little koala that I named her Bindi for Steve Irwin's daughter. She is very gentle and likes to play but is most often found napping in a warm spot.
Last, but certainly not least, is Winston. Winston is about 16 months old and is a large half Maine Coon and half Manx; he has a short stubby tail typical of the Manx breed. He is gray and white with the most beautiful aqua colored eyes. He was already close to 6 months old when he joined Bella and me and it took a little while for him to calm down so I named him Winston in hopes that the dignity of his namesake would rub off. *grin*. He is now very loving and is often found cuddling with and grooming Bindi. He is also very athletic and runs around, jumping up on everything, like a hyper 3 year old child. Smart is an adjective that describes him well and he figures out how to get into exactly what he wants and is very responsive to my tone of voice. As I'm typing this he is asleep in my lap.
So, this is my family. As you might have guessed from this overly long description, I love them very much.
