   I just threw it together – Went to the store this morning – saw some beautiful napa cabbage and fresh cilantro. The pimintos were on sale. Rinse, tear, toss. No dressing (other than a little bit of liquid from the pimintos) required.

    Aqua Kitty got too engrossed checking out the tuna cans in the pantry to look for any beads, he thought he might “liberate” them since it was the 4th of July. I didn’t argue with him since he was such a help finding the Crock pot, I figured it was his reward. lol

    To make pulled pork, take a pork butt and rub in in some good mustard (not weinie mustard) and brown sugar/hickory flavored BBQ sauce (SBR’s is best). Roast the meat, then shread it and add the rest of the bottle of BBQ sauce and the zest and juice of an orange. This gets better with age, so make a day or 2 in advance when possible.

    4. No. This was in answer to the question regarding the accomplishing of beading today. LOL And the reason we run out of supplies on a weekend/holiday is because it is a weekend/holiday and the stores are closed. The End I didn’t say it was a happy ending…..

    I had a lime green piece of shell, on which someone painted silver bamboo. I strung up some green seed beads, tiny green bicones, silver seeds, very pale pink seeds (to bring out the pink reflections in the shell and a few silver lineds clear glass “disco balls” I need a nice silver pinch bale to pull it all together.

    I sure didn’t get any beading done yesterday! Only virtual beading and playing. I had to clean off the “beading table” in order to serve a nice grilled steak dinner to my friend last night. She felt very privileged to get to have “dinner” on the “beading table”.

    Wow this pops!! I made a table cloth in 4-H many years ago of bright lime. I own so many clothes in this color. Never occured to me to wear the red I love also.
    Wonderful wake up call. Life is too short to not wear and do things you do not normally do or wear. Age really does improve all of us. LOL
