As you probably read by now my dad was in the Air Force, He met my mom while stationed in Frankfort, Germany, so she was born & raised in Germany, (Inge Ludwig) She didn’t speak much English when they married. Funny thing is everyone called her Peggy (don’t ask me why) that’s another story. My fathers name was (he passed on) Garth Penney, so now my mom is Peggy Penney!!!!! Figure that one out!!!!!YUK YUK
