“Not a Great Day”

Description from Little Round Chick: Today was the day of the Creative Artistry Show, Local Jewelry by Local Artists. The sun was shining, there was a nice breeze and my booth space was by a row of blooming lavender. There were plenty of people, lots of lookers but very few buyers. I grossed enough to pay for my booth space but that was it as far as sales went. However, there were a few bright spots in the day. There were a number of people, both shoppers and show participants, who expressed interest in taking my Wire Wave class, A spa/boutique owner who was interested in several pieces for consignment and a yarn shop owner who was interested in some of my big copper pendants to be made into shawl pins. Lots of contacts but few buyers. Oh, well. Life is full of ups and downs. I be very tired.

Little Round Chick says:The chocolate cake therapy was excellent. Sali Jo, I live in Southern California now but I know all about the Bible Belt. I grew up on The Buckle of the Baptist Bible Belt in the Ozark Mountains of Southern Missouri. I’m Episcopalian don’t cha know.
