After we do the 10K here in St.Paul, hubby and I are flying to Miami and running, with 10 other people on a relay team, to Key West. I will keep this pick in mind as I chug along beside the ocean!

I run to stave off the deterioration of old age and because it is therapy for my bad back and I have to keep up with my family of runners although at this point I run at half their speed. I’m not at all wonder woman. Just a crazy person hanging on by the fingernails and toenails.
