Also, why aren’t some items listed under gemstones (i.e. golden agate or the infamous peach pits), but they can be purchased by clicking on them through an old Fresh Pick? Steve says:Hi Bev, I wanted to address your question about using pairs and out of stock items in Fresh Picks. You’ve touched on an important point, and you have a very creative idea (to use items in pairs). We’ve always been shy about having the same item show up multiple times in a Fresh Pick because in most cases it discourages the variety that Fresh Picks are known for. In your case it’s a very creative idea, but in some cases it’s just an easier way to fill up a pick with 16 items. So, we’re on the fence about it
And we’re always listening to your suggestions, even if we don’t jump in on the conversation right away.
In the case of out of stock items, we actually have something in the works to help you voice your opinion about items you want stocked. I think it will be even more effective than making Fresh Picks with those items.
We have a few other things planned that we hope will make it easy for you and all the pickers to share ideas and designs. Stay tuned! And thank you, as always, for your thoughtful feedback!
