Joyce! You need one of each of these also!
This is great Frida. Now she’s really going to have trouble making up her mind. ;)

Frida, I’m soooo touched that you made a Pick to help me figure out my color choices for those fab topaz/pink firepolished beads, wow – I LOVE the soft mellow greens, pinks and touches of blue, purple and brown, those flower window and flower garden diamond beads look – pardon me – really PEACHY, hee hee – couldn’t resist – whew -

Julie, between you, Frida and a few other ladies’ suggestions here, I now have many more yummy choices to ponder – after work this afternoon, I drove – yes, drove to a local bead shop south of Seattle, and sure enough, they now have Toho seed beads, so was able to look at ‘em in person – of course, I did find a mysterious matte green one that isn’t listed here, and there was only one tube left, so I bought it, it is a nice green, with touches of gray/silver. They also have one labeled “beige/pink” which is a nice match also, plus the “shrimp” color, if I wanted lighter seed beads than the crystals. Sigh… ;)

Sounds good Joyce. I’d rather have too much and have choices than to get to a class or sit at my bead table and wish I had something. Even if you don’t use all of the peach/coral/tuna beads on this lariat class, you know they’ll be useful! :)

Thanks to our darling Frida, several of these beads jumped into my shopping bag… oh no!!! ;)

Julie, thanks to the very helpful comments from you, Frida and a few others here, I’m probably going to get some of the lovely czech beads in these last few Picks – the smoky moon beads, wisteria window coins, spicy tuna (what fun names!), see what they look like in person, those bigger beads I think of as “my starring cast”,
the smaller ones as “the supporting cast” – seed beads, smaller accent crystals and/or glass pearls, metal spacer beads!!

Not sure if I’ll take that lariat class, the bead shop I visited this afternoon is the one that will offer it, and the blurb on the website said that this class was revised for 2013 – when I asked, the woman who checked me out replied that all they did was revise the color palette for the class sample they have on display, to make it more up to date –
this project does take longer than the 3 hours the class lasts, to really put it all together, from lariat tassels, to stringing the main strand together – not difficult, just time consuming!

So in short – several of those beads we discussed will probably also make their way into my shopping cart this month, while LB has free shipping!! ;)
    uh oh, danger…

Ok. I see your point. However, it might be worth it to take the class to get the expertise on the form and function… Or is that obvious enough from the description and sample???
So anyway… since in the long run it is all about ME!!! You need to send pic or sample etc so I can see what you are creating!!! I’m too interested to give up now. :)
