Description from Valentine Chick: As you know, PA Gov. is stalling on passing their new budget, which means state employees will not be paid, but still must go to work...Wow! Not good for someone who just built a house:( What an economic mess our country is in. I think our gov't needs to compromise and get this thing done. Why drag it out? You know it has to be passed by midnight tonight. Why wait till crunch time?!? I don't get it!
