Description from Cuban Queen Crazy Chick: The yellow opal rounds reminded me of a porcelain skin tone which made me think of a porcelain doll. The brown is for her hair, the white is for her dress (the pearls are the lace trim), and the pink is for her rosy lips and cheeks.
