Description from Debbi aka Sparkle Chick: Our very first grandchild arrived on June 14th.
His name is Max and he is precious!
He weighed in at 7lbs. 4.5oz. and was 17 3/4" long.

Classy Chick JbyJill says:Debbi thanks for asking aabout the house. We have a sales agreement with a couple. They are getting a V-A loan….which I understand is a million hoops to jump through. The V-A didn’t agree with some of the Sales Agreement and said we didn’t to change it some. Our attorney advised us to not sign or change anything at this time. It is really frustrating because the couple really want the house….their and attorney agrees with our attorney!! I’m not sure how it is all going to shake out. The frustrating part is we took down the sales sign (as part of our agreement) and we are loosing prime time to try and market the house! Oh what to do??????

Our daughter Suzanne (now 31) had peach fuzz and then very light hair for the first year plus. The good news is that she now has long, thick hair — she actually has to get it “thinned” when they trim it!!!

Jill, I agree…what to do? I believe you have been in the new house for a while and that this sale is ever so important to you & Chris. I hope & pray that it moves through quickly, efficiently and that in the end, everyone is happy.
Lynn, I think Max looks like both son & daughter-in-law so far. My son thinks Max’s eyes are Asian but I see a combo of both of them. Max definitely has Alicia’s mouth and Robert’s nose. He has a lot of hair, which our son did at birth.
Our son made a stunning video of Max’s first week….brings us to tears every time we see it…it’s just so lovely, set to music. A treasure! It’s actually online at a site called vimeo.com
Wouldn’t that have been handy to have a birth…a potty trained baby!
I was a peachfuzz baby like your Suzanne! And now my hair is SO thick too!
While we don’t have a Hobby Lobby here, we do have a Michael’s and AC Moore which always have the frames on sale. Would love to do a large frame collage on my empty kitchen wall!

I am going out for a week in January. I can’t wait! We saw Max in person in late October; he was 4 1/2 months old then. He’ll be 7 1/2 months when I see him late in late January.
